I have a keen interest in construction disputes and have been involved in multiple high value arbitrations in South Asia and Europe concerning an international airport, a water supply project, a hotel refurbishment for a 5-star hotel and multiple hydropower projects. I also have experience navigating public procurement laws and working with projects funded by Asian Development Bank and the World Bank.

I currently work with a team of well noted international construction lawyers who have particular expertise in disputes involving FIDIC contracts.

In addition to my involvement with international construction arbitration and FIDIC contracts, I have experience with commercial arbitration, contract drafting, company compliance, foreign direct investment, court ordered mediation, and civil litigation.
